Warbirds Over Wānaka International Airshow

Wānaka Airport is well-known for its famous Warbirds over Wānaka International Airshow which is staged every second year at Easter weekend.
The three-day flying extravaganza attracts more than 60,000 people from all over the world. The airshow was first held in 1988 and caters to everyone – from pilots and general aviation enthusiasts to families wanting an amazing day out.
The next airshow will be
held at Easter 2028 (April 14, 15 and 16), with tickets on sale from July,
2027.
